OVERVIEW
Teams were tasked to design a new architectural brand identity, and visual assets for a mixed-use building that establish a sense of place where business, culture and community thrive.
The logo concept was to create something that is both geometric and organic in nature. The pictograph adds a hand-drawn element that ties back to the prairie foothills and farm plots, as well as the modular, circular build of the structure. The wordmark emulates the building's look in a straightforward point of view, emphasising its unique design.
Strategy: Create a brand identity that reflects a flexible, sustainable design to attract locals and tourists, positioning the brand as transparent and open to the community through a light-filled design.
